REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. GM-01

GRANT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Georgia Transmission Corporation (GTC) is seeking proposals from one or more qualified firms to provide grant management services to help facilitate recovery efforts after Hurricane Helene. 

Interested parties may request the solicitation and bid documents from Josh Perry (josh.perry@gatransmission.com).  Proposals submitted electronically will be accepted up to the date and time below.  Proposals received after that time will not be accepted.  GTC currently expects to award a contract, or contracts, pursuant to this solicitation by mid-March 2025.

GTC intends to utilize Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA") financial assistance to fund all or a part the costs incurred under the resulting contract(s).  Accordingly, interested parties must agree to comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements, and all other terms and conditions incorporated into the bid documentation and the resulting contract(s).​
